Jonny Crocker, Ph.D.

Jonny Crocker is a Research Assistant Professor in the Gangarosa Department of Environmental Health at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. He received his BA in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University, and his MS and PhD in Environmental Science & Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research is focused on applying implementation science methods to the evaluation of water, sanitation, and hygiene programs in low-income settings. He has a particular focus on the implementation process, and the mechanisms and pathways by which WASH programs yield outcomes. Dr. Crocker is interested in innovative approaches to conduct and disseminate research for optimal impact on policy and practice.
